1. Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to carefully read, fully understand, and acknowledge these Terms & Conditions prior to engaging CCWRAPS, LLC (“CCWRAPS”) for any services. The Customer is further required to review the product manufacturer’s website for information regarding product durability, warranty, and performance. By engaging CCWRAPS, the Customer acknowledges that CCWRAPS shall not be held liable for any material defects, failures, or issues related to the durability or performance of the manufacturer’s product.
2. Vehicle Condition Prior to Service
All vehicles and/or parts must be delivered to CCWRAPS in a clean condition, free of dirt, grease, oil, Plasti-Dip, decals, graphics, or other surface contaminants, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. CCWRAPS reserves the right to assess and apply a cleaning fee if the vehicle or part does not meet these standards. Pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to dents, scratches, rock chips, paint defects, broken or missing parts, or other imperfections, will be photographed and/or documented prior to commencement of work.
3. Use of Materials
CCWRAPS exclusively utilizes high-quality vinyl adhesive films designed for professional vehicle wrapping applications. These films are engineered to be removable under appropriate conditions. While such removal should not result in damage to factory-applied original paint, CCWRAPS does not and cannot guarantee that damage will not occur, even on new paint surfaces. Application on repainted surfaces, aftermarket paint, clear coat failures, bodywork, or factory paint exceeding five (5) years in age is not recommended. Adhesion failure, lifting, or damage to such surfaces shall not be the responsibility of CCWRAPS. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to ensure the vehicle surface is suitable for the installation of vinyl wrap.
4. Installation Standards and Limitations
While CCWRAPS strives to provide the highest quality workmanship, vinyl wrap installation is not equivalent to factory paint. The Customer understands and agrees that minor imperfections—including, but not limited to, small wrinkles, bubbles, lift marks, or minimal contamination beneath the film—are inherent to the installation process and shall not constitute a defect.
5. Limited Installation Warranty
CCWRAPS warrants its installation services for a period of one (1) year from the date of job completion, provided all required conditions have been met. Any deviation from required conditions, which will be documented at the time of service, may result in partial or full voidance of the installation warranty. No warranty is provided for:
Factory paint exceeding five (5) years in age
Aftermarket or repainted surfaces
Clear coat or paint failures
Sanded, primed, or unpainted surfaces
Boats, wheels, brake calipers, or other non-standard applications
6. Scheduling, Delays, and Downtime
CCWRAPS shall not be held responsible for any delays, downtime, or loss of revenue resulting from work in progress. While delays are rare, they may occur due to illness, material or equipment shipping delays, or weather-related factors. Vinyl manufacturers require installation within a temperature range of approximately 75°F (±10°F). CCWRAPS maintains a climate-controlled installation bay to minimize disruption; however, extreme weather conditions may cause unavoidable delays.
7. Intellectual Property
CCWRAPS reserves all rights to images, photographs, and other media of vehicles serviced by CCWRAPS, which may be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in print or digital form. All creative content, including but not limited to designs, logos, trademarks, slogans, and artwork, remains the sole and exclusive property of CCWRAPS. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without the prior written consent of CCWRAPS.
8. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required upon order confirmation in order to secure scheduling, reserve materials, and begin work. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to release of the vehicle or parts. All quotes provided by CCWRAPS are valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing.
