Terms & Conditions

CCWRAPS Terms & Conditions

1. Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to carefully read, fully understand, and acknowledge these Terms & Conditions prior to engaging CCWRAPS, S Corp (“CCWRAPS”) for any services. The Customer is further required to review the product manufacturer’s website for information regarding product durability, warranty, and performance. By engaging CCWRAPS, the Customer acknowledges that CCWRAPS shall not be held liable for any material defects, failures, or issues related to the durability or performance of the manufacturer’s product.

2. Vehicle/Vessel Condition Prior to Service
All vehicles, vessels, and/or parts must be delivered to CCWRAPS in a clean condition, free of dirt, grease, oil, wax, ceramic coatings, Plasti-Dip, decals, graphics, or other surface contaminants, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. CCWRAPS reserves the right to assess and apply a cleaning fee if the vehicle, vessel, or part does not meet these standards. Pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to dents, scratches, rock chips, paint defects, oxidation, gelcoat defects, broken or missing parts, previous repairs, or other imperfections, may be photographed and/or documented prior to commencement of work.

3. Use of Materials
CCWRAPS exclusively utilizes professional-grade vinyl and paint protection film products. These materials are designed to be removable under appropriate conditions; however, CCWRAPS does not guarantee that removal will not damage paint, clear coat, gelcoat, or previously repaired surfaces. Application on repainted surfaces, aftermarket paint, aging gelcoat, body filler, repaired surfaces, oxidized surfaces, or factory paint exceeding five (5) years in age is not recommended. The Customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for ensuring the surface is suitable for installation.

4. Installation Standards and Limitations
While CCWRAPS strives to provide the highest quality workmanship, vinyl wrap and paint protection film installations are not equivalent to factory paint finishes. The Customer understands and agrees that minor imperfections, including but not limited to small wrinkles, lift marks, edge tension, minor contamination beneath the film, or isolated imperfections inherent to the installation process, do not constitute defects.

5. Limited Installation Warranty
CCWRAPS warrants its installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion, provided all required care and maintenance instructions have been followed. This warranty applies solely to installation workmanship and does not cover manufacturer defects, environmental exposure, impact damage, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or substrate-related failures.
No warranty is provided for:
•Factory paint exceeding five (5) years in age
•Aftermarket or repainted surfaces
•Clear coat or paint failures
•Oxidized, sanded, repaired, primed, filled, or unpainted surfaces
•Wheels, brake calipers, or other non-standard applications

Marine Applications (Boats & Watercraft)

Customer acknowledges that film manufacturers may not provide warranty coverage for marine applications. Any statements regarding expected film lifespan are estimates only and are not guarantees. Film performance and longevity may vary based on vessel condition, maintenance, storage, environmental exposure, UV exposure, water conditions, usage, and substrate condition.
CCWRAPS provides no warranty for discoloration, fading, loss of self-healing properties, peeling, lifting, bubbling, edge failure, adhesion failure, or other performance-related issues arising from marine exposure, water exposure, environmental conditions, or vessel surface condition.
Successful adhesion depends upon the condition of the paint, gelcoat, fiberglass, repairs, fillers, coatings, waxes, and other surface characteristics. Some adhesion-related conditions may not be visible prior to installation.
Additional preparation, including sanding, oxidation removal, surface correction, adhesion promoters, additional labor, or replacement materials, may be required and will be billed separately upon customer approval.
If installation reveals that the vessel’s surface is unsuitable for proper adhesion, CCWRAPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project. The Customer remains responsible for labor, materials, and preparation work performed up to that point.

6. Scheduling, Delays, and Downtime
CCWRAPS shall not be held responsible for delays, downtime, loss of use, or loss of revenue resulting from work in progress. Delays may occur due to illness, weather conditions, shipping delays, material availability, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond the control of CCWRAPS. Completion dates are estimates only.

7. Intellectual Property
CCWRAPS reserves all rights to images, photographs, and other media of vehicles and vessels serviced by CCWRAPS, which may be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes in print or digital form. All creative content, including but not limited to designs, logos, trademarks, slogans, and artwork, remains the sole and exclusive property of CCWRAPS unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required upon order confirmation to reserve scheduling, materials, and production time. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to release of the vehicle, vessel, or parts. All quotes are valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing.
By approving an estimate, invoice, or work order and/or accepting completed work, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
